R.F. Berkheimer & Sons began in 1961 as a painting contractor. In 1979, the business switched from a residential painting business to an automotive paint and supplies distributor. In partnership with PPG, BAPS became a single line distributor of PPG products and soon earned Platinum Distributor status. BAPS is now a third generation, family-owned company with over 50 years of serving the community.
