Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the product's delivery date.
Items must not be worn, altered, or damaged.
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. Items purchased online cannot be returned for refund or exchanged in-person or at-track merchandise trailers.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred by the return; Brent Marks Online Store will not provide a pre-paid shipping label.
A refund will not be issued until the customer's order is received at our fulfillment center. The customer will only receive a refund of the cost of the garments, original shipping costs are not included.
Customers are responsible for making a replacement order. Brent Marks Online Store will not cover shipping costs of the new order or deduct the price of the replacement item(s).
